Integrated Marketing Manager

Job Summary: Great Wolf Resorts is seeking an experienced strategic and innovative marketer to lead our integrated marketing strategy to help support our integrated programs. We are looking for a dynamic professional who will help blend both strategy and tactics for Great Wolf Lodge to execute programs and develop assets for our brand. Our team is highly results oriented, and focused on driving new customers and maximizing lifetime value of our customers through measurable marketing programs. You will use consumer insights to make connections with our guests, to ensure brand consistency and strengthen the Great Wolf story. This position will require driving and evangelizing brand and marketing strategy and campaign integration across the organization. You will manage projects such as communication platforms, seasonal campaigns, and brand assets including photography and omnichannel seasonal & promotional calendars. Seeking someone who possesses a passion for marketing, demand generation and data-driven decision making with a high level of energy seeking to grow and learn in an exciting and rewarding team environment. This position will use creative and strategic tools to enhance and evolve the Great Wolf brand across the organization. You will work within the Great Wolf commercial team, while partnering with the broader organization including operations and development.


  • Conceptualize, develop, and build integrated marketing programs and strategies to support seasonal, national and local campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring projects keep moving, ensures consistency and accuracy in the work, that projects are kept on budget, on strategy, and are routed through the appropriate channels for execution
  • Advocate new ideas and approaches, within the brand tone and voice, to keep our brand evolving and helping connect the dots for our consumers.
  • Ensure programming, activations, and partnerships (internal and external) are maximized, while staying consistent with brand standards and objectives
  • Have a keen eye for creative and design and the ability to identify and provide feedback on brand building conceptual and design work from both internal creative teams and agency partners
  • Think at the strategic level to make the appropriate brand decisions, while executing tactically
  • Provide brand direction and management/oversight for creative imagery during both photo/video production
  • Utilize integrated marketing communication best practices and identify new communication strategies to drive results
  • Develop recommendations on key markets, product proof points to highlight per market, audiences to focus on, as well as appropriate investment levels, including development of business cases to support the investment
  • Own the customer journey and overall cross channel editorial calendar to increase engagement and maximize bookings
  • Own and Manage both organization and distribution of brand photography, video, and creative assets via digital asset management system
  • Provide direction and assistance with writing for brand strategy, creative/strategic briefs, naming, and campaign elements as needed
  • Lead multiple projects across channels simultaneously in a fast-paced environment


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
  • 5-10 years building strategic marketing campaigns in B2C organization
  • 2-years managing integrated marketing and developing marketing plans and integrated marketing strategies to drive tangible results
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills and exceptional project management skills
  • Service oriented and collaborative nature to partner effectively with partners, peers and leadership
  • Mastery of related software including Excel, PowerPoint, Goggle Docs, Asset management software. General skills in Adobe Creative suite a plus.
  • Highly self-motivated, creative thinker who is willing to take calculated entrepreneurial risks to drive hyper-growth
  • Has high standards for work, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills plus solid attention to detail
  • Willingness to roll-up sleeves and get the work done
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Comfort dealing with ambiguity and learning on the job
  • A high level of enthusiasm for growing the business and capacity to overcome obstacles
  • Hospitality experience preferred and knowledge of lodging or entertainment industries
  • E-commerce experience a bonus
  • Experience with web analytics tools
